Trèsind, the multi-award winning & critically acclaimed flagship of Passion F&B, Dubai is the birthplace of ‘innovative Indian cuisine’, offering guests a progressive Indian fine-dining experience. Trèsind was introduced to diners in 2014 and since has been considered among the leading restaurants, paving the path towards fostering the legacy of Indian food and flag bearer of contemporary Indian food, showcasing the robustness of Indian cuisine and the hidden gems, yet unexplored.

Complementing the elevation of space design, the dynamic, young team of chefs under the able guidance of the group’s award-winning, Corporate Chef Himanshu Saini, have skillfully crafted a new culinary experience that engages all the senses. Inspired by, and credited with reviving, the unique concept of gueridon service, the menu at Trèsind showcases traditional dishes from the sub-continent presented with a modernistic approach. Embracing various regional Indian culinary influences that have woven its way into the cuisine, Trèsind’s menu is sophisticated, imaginative, highly visual and engaging, lending each dining experience as a unique culinary journey. Trèsind is present in Dubai, Kuwait and recently opened one in Mumbai, India.

Based on the prospect of elevating the revered Indian cuisine & hospitality while bringing it onto global culinary center-stage, Mr. Bhupender Nath established Passion F&B. An avid-traveler and a fervent foodie, he has always been inspired by the hospitality industry. Mr. Nath has been named ‘Indian Innovator’ by Entrepreneur ME, ‘F&B Entrepreneur of the Year’ by Entrepreneur ME and ‘F&B CEO of the Year’ by Caterer ME,  among others.

Chef Himanshu Saini

Corporate Chef 

Considered one of the youngest tastemakers in Indian cuisine today, Chef Himanshu stepped out into the world of gourmet cuisine with the aim to make his mark through constant innovation and to change the perception of Indian cuisine, globally. Over the years, he has been able to successfully change perceptions of diners toward Indian food through his innovative dishes, thereby elevating global standing of the cuisine, today. Evolution of Trèsind is his ode to the culinary legacy of his homeland.

Chef Mohammad Zeeshan

Executive Chef – Trèsind Dubai

Chef Zeeshan was born in Lucknow in one of the most revered culinary families – Qureshi, of India. Having grown up surrounded by food and embedded in the culinary traditions of Awadh, joining the field of hospitality as a Chef was a natural progression for him.
Chef Zeeshan aims to use his experience and learning to present traditional Indian flavors in modern styles.
