Inspired from Toddy (Palm Wine – Which is an alcoholic beverage produced from the fermented sap of different species of palm trees found in South India). It’s a tequila-based cocktail where we used Spicy Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Salty Coconut & Jaggary Syrup and Lime.

• Served with banana chips and dry ice to chill the drink for 15 seconds.
