Inspired by “Parisutra” forgotten wine, made of fermented flower and aromatic grass, was popular in Hyderabad. We created this cocktail with Candy Beetroot Ron Zacapa 23yo Rum, Lemongrass with Ginger & Mangosteen (sweet fruit mostly found in tropical cities of India) Cordial.
